Business Details
Requirements to open any B2B or B2C business accounts:

1. All new accounts MUST be of an Automotive Related business.

2. All applications must include a clear copy of your current and valid Business License (if applicable)

3. Sales Tax Certificate:
RADFLO will not accept any order from any direct buying California customer unless a valid re-sale card and business license is submitted. If outside of CA and wanting to be tax exempt to drop ship into CA, a CA resale certificate should be submitted.

4. Direct Buying Warehouse Distributor Qualifications:
Customer must be in the re-sale business of goods to Jobbers and Dealers with a true wholesale program and sales staff in order to be considered for Warehouse Distributor (WD) status and benefits.

5. Direct Buying Jobber/Dealer Qualifications:
Customer must be in the re-sale business of goods to the retail consumer with a valid re-sale number and storefront or shop location.

6. New Dealers:
•All new dealers upon successful completion of the Radflo Dealer Application receive 20% off the retail price.
•If no orders are placed within first calendar year, dealer will be removed from our system and be asked to sign back upon renewal.
•Although there is no buy-in, the following will increase your percentage.
•Discounts based on calendar year sales.
20% = $1-$10,000
25% = $10,001-$60,000
30% = $60,001+
35% = Contact us

Personal Guaranty

In consideration of Radflo Suspension Technology, “Creditor”, establishing an account for Applicant(s) and/or Company, the undersigned guarantor(s), "Guarantor(s)", hereby personally guarantee(s), the full and prompt payment to Creditor of all amounts due, whether owed now or hereafter arising, on any and all accounts established on behalf of Applicant(s) and/or Company, including any related entity, subsidiary, or affiliate company, no matter where located, in existence now or established hereafter, and the performance under the terms of the application "AGREEMENT". GUARANTOR(S) WAIVE(S) TRIAL BY JURY. Guarantor(s) consent(s) to Creditor. In the event of default by the Applicant(s) and/or Company in the making of any payment when due, the Guarantor(s) agree(s) to pay on demand all sums then due including interest, late charges, and all losses or expenses which may be incurred by Creditor, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees . This personal guaranty shall not be released, modified or affected by the failure or delay on the part of the Company to enforce any of the rights or remedies of the Company under the Credit and Security Agreement, whether pursuant to the terms hereof or at law or in equity. Should the Company be required to bring any legal action against me to enforce the terms of this Personal Guaranty the Company shall be entitled to recover any and all reasonable attorney's fees and cost incurred in this regard. This Personal Guaranty shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of California and cannot be modified or revoked unless by a writing signed by all parties.
